Winter Fun Day at Lavey GAC

On Tuesday past, the Ulster GAA DENI Coaches from County Derry (Ben McGuckin, Ruairi Convery, Clare Leahy, Colum Tracey and Grainne McGale), along with Derry GPO's Diarmuid Scullion and Emmett Stewart ran a Christmas Sports Fun Day at Lavey GAC's Indoor Complex. The coaches invited children from the Schools in the local area; these included St Brigid's PS Mayogall, St Mary's PS Bellaghy, St Mary's PS Glenview and St Patrick's PS Glen. The day was a huge success, with all 150 Children and Teachers enjoying themselves despite the chilly conditions inside the hall. Many thanks to all the Schools that participated.
